Information and Fees
Your registration fee to the ILCA 2010 includes the following:
- Entrance to all scheduled lectures, sessions, poster presentations and workshops (new!)
- The Welcome Reception
- All scheduled coffee breaks and lunches
- A copy of the Final Programme and Book of Abstracts and other materials

* Please note that ILCA delegates who have not paid their membership fee for 2010 will not be granted the reduced registration fee. To apply or renew your membership, please visit www.ilca-online.org
** This low fee is only available to those students who do not yet have their degree. A copy of your student ID card must be provided upon registration.
*** Accompanying person’s registration fee includes entrance to the Welcome Reception and all scheduled coffee breaks and lunches.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Until 2 August 2010 (included): A € 50 cancellation fee will be applied to the the refund of registration fees.
As of 3 August 2010: no refund of registration fees.

Conditions
Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation of your participation and reservation by email or fax three days after receipt of payment of the registration fee. If you do not receive this confirmation, please contact the ILCA Office.
Liability
In the case of government intervention or regulation, military activity, strikes or any other circumstances that make it impossible or inadvisable for ILCA 2009 conference to take place at the time and place as announced, the participant shall waive any claim for damages or compensation except the amount paid for registration after deduction of actual expenses incurred in connection with the conference and there shall be no future liability for either party.
Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy
All rates on the registration form are in euros. All payments must be made in euros and must be received prior to the conference. Delegates with outstanding payments will be asked for payment on site, proof of payment or a guarantee by credit card. If one of these cannot be supplied, the delegate will be refused access to the conference.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing and postmarked on or before 2 August 2010. A € 50 cancellation fee will apply to cancellations received by this date. Cancellations received after 3 August 2010 will not be refunded. All refunds are subject to prevailing exchange rates. Refunds will be made following the conference in the same manner as the original payment was received.
